USE CASE FOR HEURITECH

Heuritech (now LuxuryNsight) needed to scale its AI-powered trend forecasting platform to analyze millions of fashion images daily with the annotation volume, consistency, and speed that no internal team could sustain alone. My Data Machine built the data pipeline that made it possible.

Using a 4-stage Human-in-the-Loop methodology from taxonomy creation and first-round annotation, to model evaluation, QC harmonization, and continuous reinforcement My Data Machine delivered fashion-grade annotation quality at industrial scale across 25+ countries and ~300 categories.

The context

Heuritech’s AI platform needed to automatically recognize thousands of fashion attributes across millions of social media images every day — across markets, styles, and garment types. The challenge: scaling a dataset that already required 10k+ deep learning models, with no drop in label consistency or turnaround time.

The challenge

To support 40M+ annotated images and sustain a pipeline of 1.4M new annotations per month, Heuritech needed a partner capable of handling complex fashion taxonomies, catching low-confidence model predictions, and continuously refreshing datasets as new styles and trends emerged — without disrupting production model performance.
